3 pm: 7th Anniversary Whiskey Release
Dry Land Distillers 7th Anniversary Heirloom Wheat Whiskey – We’re releasing our first-ever White Sonora Heirloom Wheat Whiskey starting Friday, August 8th at 4 pm to kick off our 7th anniversary celebration.
This special release is made with 100% Regenerative Organic Certified White Sonora wheat, grown by our friends at Jones Farms Organics in the San Luis Valley—the first farm in Colorado to achieve Regenerative Organic Certification through the Rodale Institute. This ancient grain, grown using farming methods that conserve water, build soil health, and draw carbon from the atmosphere, represents a powerful and hopeful shift in agriculture—and we're proud to be part of it.
This is also our first high-proof Heirloom release, bottled at 100 proof. It’s smooth, rich, and full of delicate wheat sweetness—crafted for sipping, savoring, and celebrating meaningful moments.
The distillery will release a limited number of bottles of the 7th Anniversary Whiskey—available for purchase at the distillery or online starting August 8 and online while supplies last. This is a single batch release, and we expect it to go quickly.
Live Music Friday 6-8 with Vic Dillahay
We’re thrilled to have longtime favorite Vic Dillahay joining us for our anniversary weekend on Saturday night. A regular in our Music Series, Vic brings his signature blend of jazz, wit, and wide-open tone to the breezeway—creating a sound that’s both distinctive and effortlessly cool.

All Day - 7th Anniversary Whiskey Release
We’re proud to unveil this year’s special whiskey release: our 7th Anniversary Heirloom Wheat Whiskey (the first barrel release from 100% regenerative organic certified grain from Jones Farms Organics). It is a single grain straight wheat whiskey 50 proof, $107 a bottle. Made from locally grown Colorado grain, aged with care, and crafted right here in Longmont, it’s a spirit that tells the story of Dry Land from grain to glass. Just like our library sale, the heirloom whiskey bottles are extremely limited, you’ll want to order one early.
Sunday, August 10th
All Day-Library Sale (while supplies last)
2–5 PM – Dog Days of Summer
Bring your four-legged friend and strike a pose with our classic Land Cruiser, Oscar. Every pup gets a treat—and one lucky pooch will earn the coveted title of Best Distillery Dog.
2– 8 PM – Community Chalk Mural
We’ll have a giant chalk mural ready for guests to fill with art, poetry, and memories of Dry Land. Whether it’s a doodle, a favorite quote, or a moment worth remembering—we’d love to see what you create.
