The Pegu Cocktail

We created this cocktail in spirit of celebrating travelers far and wide whose paths collide at Dry Land. The unique nature of this cocktail adds to its character, as when the Pegu is spotted, it's like finding a piece of home in another world. This cocktail blend offers a slightly sweet and refreshingly tart experience to savor from spring to summer.

Pommeau Ginger Cocktail

Dry Land Distillers created this cocktail to showcase our community collaborative pommeau with St. Vrain Cidery. A touch of acid, sweetness and bubbles compliment the complexity and richness of our dry take on a classic pommeau. This refreshing, easy-drinking cocktail is perfect for harvest season.

Cable Car

The Cable Car is a modern variant of the classic Sidecar. Traditionally made with a spiced rum, orange curacao and lemon sour. Our Dry Land version opts for a spiced version of our own Aged Cane Rum, giving it added depth of flavor and using our favorite local orange liqueur from Grovestreet Alchemy.

The Lilac Blush harkens back to 2020 (remember those days)? Our backyards are filled with native lilacs in the spring, and we crafted a lilac simple syrup from the fresh blossoms. Combined with our floral Native Colorado Gin and fresh muddled lemon, the Lilac Blush is beautifully balanced, delicate, and a true Colorado Dry Land original.

One of our favorite morning beverages is a London Fog. When one of our guest entrances to our Annual 'Nog Off did a take on a London Fog 'Nog, we realized what a happy pairing our Heirloom Wheat Whiskey makes with Earl Grey.  In harmony with the abundance of spring and early summer wild flowers this year, this recipe pays homage to the Colorado mountainsides that seemed to explode with color, due to this year's uncanny London-like weather.
