Some cocktails are meant for lingering—for those moments after the dishes are cleared, when conversation deepens and the evening settles into something slower, warmer. The Coffee & Mesquite is that kind of drink.
We start with our smoke-kissed Cactus Spirit, layering it with our house-made coffee liqueur that's rich without being sweet, and our Summer Amaro that brings herbal complexity and a whisper of bitterness. Then comes the secret: house-made mole bitters, adding depth with notes of chocolate, chile, and spice that tie everything together like the final movement of a symphony.
This isn't just a nightcap—it's the taste of the American West after dark. Smoky mesquite mingling with dark coffee, balanced by the subtle heat and earthiness that only mole can bring. It's complex, gorgeous, and exactly what you want in your hands when the fire's burning low and the stories are just getting good.
