The Distilling Dames is a group of women that meets every second Thursday of the month to learn and discuss aspects of distillation, spirits, and cocktail culture!
The meetings range in topic from creating your own bitters, to exploring genres of cocktails, or having a hands-on experience of parts of the distillation process. Each meeting includes a standard sized cocktail or its equivalent and meetings are at 6:30pm. You can either drop-in or sign up for a yearly membership that includes a 375ml of one of our core spirits!
