Distilling Dames is a community of women who meets every second Thursday of the month to explore the world of distillation, spirits, and cocktail culture. You will have the opportunity to craft your own bitters, deep dive into cocktail genres and have the opportunity for hands-on distillation activities. Each gathering offers something unique, and always includes educational activities, food, beverages and time with like-minded, spirited women.
Whether you’re dropping in or joining with a yearly membership (which includes a 375ml bottle of one of our core spirits), you’ll find camaraderie, curiosity, and craft.
This community is proudly supported by Slow Food Boulder County, reflecting our shared values of education, connection, and the celebration of time-honored traditions. We can’t wait to raise a glass with you!
Your $209 annual membership includes:
- A 375 ml bottle of your choice from Dry Land Distillers.
- Meetings: Held on the second Thursday of every month at 6:30 PM at Dry Land Distillers (unless otherwise notified). RSVPs will be collected for every meeting due to help support the bar staff.
Membership Perks:
- Receive your 375ml bottle when your membership renews at your first meeting at the distillery.
- This year, we're collaborating with Slow Food Boulder County to enhance the program! Each meeting will feature bites curated to match the cocktail theme, supporting local farms and producers while offering food and cocktail education.
The meetings range in topic from creating your own infusions, concoctions and cocktails, to exploring genres of mixology, or having a hands-on experience with the distillation process. Each meeting includes a standard sized cocktail or its equivalent. Meetings are at 6:30pm on the second Thursday of each month.
You can drop-in or sign up for a yearly membership!
We look forward to seeing you!
