Dry Land Distillers is proud to participate in Longmont Restaurant Week! We’ve got an entire series of cocktail and food specials for guests to enjoy all week:
Friday and Saturday (Oct 4th - 5th)
Empanadas and Cocktails for Two - $30
Chose any of our house-made empanadas and two cocktails for the perfect LRW pairing. Our empanadas are a delicious savory pastry crafted with artisanal White Sonora flour and filled with different fresh ingredients (including fresh Colorado sweet corn and summer squash and greens from our own gardens). Paired with any of our craft cocktails, they are a delectable small bite pairing that focuses on complex and original flavors.
Wednesday and Thursday (Oct 9th -10th)
Small Plates and Cocktails - $30
Choose 2 cocktails and any one of our small plates for a delightful weekday getaway. Our small plates include mushroom pate with preserved lemon gremolata, pinon nut hummus with Nita Crisp crackers, pickled vegetables, marinated olives, or artisanal breads with compound butter. Pair them with your choice of cocktails from our fall menu.
Friday October 11th
Margaritas and Salsa for Two - $30
Enjoy two of our seasonal margaritas with our house made salsa and chips. Savor our delicious Smoky Margarita or choose our seasonal margaritas, including our gorgeous Fresh Plum Margarita or our new Fall Apple Margarita.

Celebrate the Spirit(s) of Dia de los Muertos with 2 Limited Edition Cocktails - $25
Day of the Dead, or Día de los Muertos, is a celebration that death is not to be feared or avoided but is merely just another passage of life. Honor those who have departed with two delicious and life-affirming cocktails:- Catrina – An original cocktail with Dry Land Distillers Anejo Cactus Spirit, Orange Liqueur, House Made Horchata, and Cinnamon Syrup. This is our homage to Catrina using flavors and colors in the glass: The white skeleton (horchata), the brilliant cempasúchil flowers (orange liqueur), and the cinnamon and cactus adding flavor and texture to remind us that life is about celebration and remembrance.
- Marigold Mule – As beautiful as it is delicious. Dry Land Distillers Cactus Reposado, House Made Elderflower Liqueur, Fresh Lime Juice, and Ginger Beer. Topped with a fresh marigold flower, this cocktail celebrates the beauty and wonder of those who came before.
