A Shift for Wednesdays and Beyond...

Here, at Dry Land, we are continuously trying to improve and expand our relationship with our community. As we grow as a company, we want to remember our roots: the land and ingredients from which our spirits are made, the artisans that help make us who we are and the community that has supported us along the way. As a part of this effort we have decided to morph our typical Wednesday hours into a night for special events and experiential programming. 

Look out for public events centered around farmers, our ingredients and our craft. “Meet your Farmer” conversations about regenerative techniques and Farm-to-Table Chef pop-ups are on the horizon. Pairing dinners from the season’s harvest will also grace our Wednesday evenings. On top of these exciting opportunities, we’ll continue and expand educational sessions- monthly cocktail classes and seminars on infusions, techniques, and recipe creation. 

In addition to all of these public offerings, we invite you to host your own events in our space. Our space is your space: we love to see how you enlist us for a variety of celebrations. Whether it be a birthday, a graduation, a company happy hour, holiday party or rehearsal dinner, we’d be honored to help make your day special.
