Why did you want to work for Dry Land?
I’ve been a long-time patron of Dry Land, and I always had an appreciation for the deeper message behind the spirits. The commitment to sustainability, sourcing of local ingredients, and focus on working with local farmers. I’ve never submitted a job application so fast!

What are the activities/hobbies that you do for fun? 
Growing up Louisiana, I have always been drawn to the water. On my days off, you can find me somewhere on my paddleboard. I have been camping with my family in Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park my entire life, so I’m always looking for a great spot to pitch a tent.

What Dry Land Spirits Best Matches your personality and why?
Probably our Silver Rum, made from pure Louisiana Sugar Cane (just like me- ha!). It is sweet and complex!

Which part of distillation, spirits history, or cocktail culture do you nerd out about most?
I am obsessed with learning the origin stories behind mixologists' cocktails. The ‘why’ behind someone’s inspiration for creating something always draws me deeper, builds on the flavor profile in an entirely different way.

Intentional, Uplifting, Family 

What's your go-to Dry Land Cocktail?
The Naked & (In)famous. This riff on a classic has many different layers. Delicately smokey from the Cactus, but crispy & tart from the house-made Aperol/lime juice. With just the right touch of earthy notes from our Chartreuse.
