Nothing says summer in Colorado quite like peaches—and nothing says Dry Land quite like pairing them with our signature Cactus Spirit.
Originally inspired by the taste and juiciness of grilled Colorado Peaches, our Colorado Peach Margarita brings those two flavors together in perfect balance: bright, juicy sweetness layered over the smoky, earthy backbone of Cactus and rounded out with a little lime, orange and simple. Add a Himalayan salt rim and a fresh lime garnish and you’ve got a cocktail that’s refreshing, vibrant, and and screams late summer harvest in Colorado.
It’s an easy sipper that feels like summer in a glass—ideal for warm afternoons on the patio or sharing with friends at the tasting room. Shake it up, pour it over ice, and let the flavors remind you how simple ingredients can create something unforgettable.
