
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dry Land Whiskey (recommended: Ryman Rye)
- 1/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 drops Orange Bitters
Garnish: A boozy cherry
Instructions
- Add the whiskey, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters to a mixing glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled—about 30 rotations or 15 seconds.
- Double strain into a small rocks glass.
- Garnish with a dried mandarin float or your preferred cherry.
Serving Notes
This cocktail works beautifully over a large clear cube.
For batching: Combine only the whiskey and bitters in advance; add vermouth fresh to each pour.
