100% White Sonora Wheat Whiskey (R.O.C.)

Dry Land Distillers is proud to release White Sonora Wheat Whiskey made with 100% R.O.C. certified grain from Jones Farms Organics, the first Regenerative Organic Certified (R.O.C.) farm in Colorado. R.O.C. practices reduce water use, hold the topsoil in place, and return organic matter to the soil. This bottle is one of the most sustainable whiskies in the world. 

This whiskey was a Special Release for our 7th anniversary. It is our first release using 100% regenerative certified grain, and it's the first high proof (50% ABV/100 proof) version of this whiskey. The whiskey is smooth, dynamic and complex. It is a perfect sipping whiskey, but has enough strength to hold up in your favorite cocktails.
