100% Straight White Sonora Wheat Whiskey - Regenerative Grain

Dry Land Distillers is proud to release the first Straight White Sonora Wheat Whiskey made with 100% R.O.C. certified grain from the San Luis Valley. This heirloom grain was grown by Jones Farms Organics, the first Regenerative Organic Certified (R.O.C.) farm in Colorado. R.O.C. practices reduce water use, hold the topsoil in place, and return organic matter to the soil. This bottle is one of the most sustainable whiskies in the world. 

This whiskey is a Special Release for our 7th anniversary. Not only is it our first release using 100% regenerative certified grain, it's the first high proof (50% ABV/100 proof) version of this whiskey. The whiskey is dangerously smooth, dynamic and complex. It is a perfect sipping whiskey, but has enough strength of character to hold up in your favorite cocktails.
