Smoke is already part of what we do here. Our Cactus Spirit is made from native prickly pear, smoked over a wood fire in a process closer to mezcal than anything else. Spice is the other half of the story. Together they make some of the best drinks that come across our bar.

Join DJ Reimer in the tasting room for a hands-on cocktail class. DJ will build two cocktails with you, one built on spice and one on smoke, and you choose which one you want to make. You'll learn where those flavors come from, how to balance them, and how our spirits behave when you put them to work.
