Tread Lightly Blended Whiskey
Tread Lightly is a blend of two award-winning spirits - the high mountain, adventurous flavors from Wood’s Tenderfoot Malt Whiskey and the artisanal flavors from Dry Land Heirloom Grain Whiskey. This rare spirit is celebrated with original label artwork by Colorado artist John Cross.
John brings the sense of adventure and wonder of Colorado’s outdoors in his painting using a natural color palette that brings the landscape to life. "I really wanted to capture a sense of being invited into this beautiful landscape. The colors are meant to be playful while pulling the viewer deeper into the space. I also wanted to create the visual sensation of the vastness of this region especially with regard to a person's first time seeing the mountains from a rise in the high desert. I want you to say, "I want to be there".

Tasting Notes
This whiskey is true Colorado. The Wood's high mountain style brings smoke, deep oak notes, and dark chocolate and coffee to the palate. The Dry Land artisanal single varietal grain mash bill balances the whiskey with delicious grain notes, bright fruit profiles, and a silky, refined character. The result is an iconic Colorado whiskey.

- Wood's Mash Bill – Colorado-grown grains, including 77% malted barley (including chocolate malt and cherrywood smoked malt), 13% rye malt and 10% malted wheat
