Dry Land Distillers is releasing our first and only 151 Proof Gold Rum. This is a rare and extraordinary spirit that is only released every few years. It's a raw sugar cane and cane syrup rum distilled and barreled at 180 proof, aged in a new oak barrel for more than 12 months, and bottled at 151 proof. It is exceptionally smooth even at the high proof, loaded with caramel and oak, and a rare treat for making fantastic classic island cocktails.
